Obituary: Josephine M. McGinity (Noonan), 97, Avid Gardener

Josephine M. McGinity (Noonan), 97, of Brigg’s Farm, Narragansett, passed away on Thursday, July 07, 2016 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Center RI. She was the beloved wife of the late Henry A. McGinity II. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late William and Mary (Emond) Noonan. Mrs. McGinity was a member of St. Ann Church and its Women’s Club. She was also an avid gardener and enjoyed spending winters in Pompano Beach, FL.

She is survived by her loving children, Josephine Sepe and her late husband John of Cranston, Henry A. McGinity III and his wife Rita of Ormond Beach, FL, Marcia Giansanti and her husband Wayne of Warwick, and Lori McGinity-Gormley and her husband Jerry of Lincoln; seven cherished grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; dear sister of Jane Stephen of CA, Margaret Galli of Cranston, Shirley Williams of VT, she was pre-deceased by two brothers and four sisters.
