Obituary: Matt Travis, 38, Smile Lit up Rooms, Left us Too Soon

Matt Travis, 38, of Loveland Ohio, beloved son and brother, passed away unexpectedly on July 18, 2016.

Matt was born on May 31, 1978 in Bethesda MD to Margaret Rose Potter Travis and to William Travis. Matt also resided in Bremerton WA, Arnold MD and Wakefield RI.

Matt was a 1996 graduate of South Kingstown High School in RI. Matt leaves behind his father William Travis (retired US Navy) and stepmother Beverly Travis of Middletown RI; two older brothers, Thomas Bellaw of Jacksonville Florida, married to Angie Bellaw and J. Patrick Shelton of Cincinnati OH, married to Sara Shelton; and his nieces, Melissa Pressley, Megan Bellaw and Emily Shelton.

Please join his family and the many friends who love him on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 North Riverside Drive, Loveland, OH 45140 between 1 - 3 pm, where a memorial service will follow at 3 PM. He will be missed for his smile that lit up a room. In lieu of flowers, do something unexpectedly kind for someone. Tell them it's from Matt.
