Odd-Even Water Ban In Place In Narragansett, South Kingstown
Residents at odd-numbered addresses can use water outside on odd-numbered calendar days, and the opposite for even-numbered residents.
NARRAGANSETT-SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — Effective immediately, outdoor water restrictions are in place for certain residents in Narragansett and Rhode Island.
The is odd/even, meaning residents with odd-numbered addresses can use water outside on odd-numbered calendar days, and the opposite for even addresses.
The policy applies to all water system customers in Narragansett, the South Shore and Middlebridge sections of South Kingstown and all SUEZ water customers. Kingston water district customers are not affected.

All residents are asked to conserve water. The changes were put in place to make sure there is sufficient supply to meet needs, the towns said.
