RI Weather: Thunderstorms Possible Thursday

Another heat advisory is in effect for most of the state (except for northern Rhode Island) and thunderstorms are possible.

NARRAGANSETT, RI—Massachusetts and New Hampshire saw some floods and downpours on Wednesday, but according to the National Weather Service in Norton, Mass., no cities or towns in Rhode Island collected an inch or more of rain.

That could change today, according to the forecast, which predicts more hit or miss thunderstorms for the entire state. If they hit, the storms could bring wind gusts and also cause flooding.

Here is the hazardous weather outlook.
