NARRAGANSETT, RI–A Sand Hill Cove waterfront home has sold for $2.1 million, Lila Delman Real Estate International said. The property at 108 Sand Hill Cove sold in less than 30 days, the realtor said. However, it had been on the market with a different broker for better than a year, according to John Hodnett, principle broker/owner. He represented the seller and Gregory Arakelian, Sales Associate, represented the buyer.
