Six Southgansett Girl Scouts Earn Their Silver Award

Six Cadette Girl Scouts leave a last impression to earn Silver Award.

Una Treanor, Elizabeth Hanson, Kelby Anderson, Jaqueline Lindstrom, Hailey Hurrell, and Sarah LeClair received their Silver Award on November 13, 2014.

To receive your Silver Award in Girl Scouting, a scout must complete a Cadette Journey prior to beginning their Silver project. Once the journey is completed girls must complete a 50 hour service project that leaves a lasting impact on the community.

Congratulations to these amazing young women and leaders of tomorrow.
