South Kingstown Looking For New Deputy Town Clerk

The town is looking for a replacement Deputy town Clerk after Susan Flynn​ was promoted to Town Clerk.

SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — Following the promotion of the former Deputy Town Clerk, the Town of South Kingstown is looking to find a replacement for Susan Flynn. Applications will be accepted until March 25.

Flynn was promoted on Feb. 5, taking the position of Town Clerk after Dale Holberton stepped down after serving the town for more than 39 years.

The town is looking for a candidate with an associate's degree and at least three years of experience in municipal government. Applicants must also be a certified municipal clerk, or become one within three years of being hired. The position is full-time, paying $31.23 per hour with full benefits.
