Topless Woman, Driver Charged By South Kingstown Police

South Kingstown police have arrested the two people who allegedly tried to entice youngsters into their car last month.

SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — South Kingstown police have arrested the two people who allegedly tried to entice youngsters into their car last month. According to the department's Facebook post, William Wise, the driver, was found in the state prison. He had been incarcerated for an unrelated violation of his probation on June 6. He is being charged with Enticement of Children and was also cited for Driving with a suspended license. He was also ordered not to have contact with the victims he encountered in Wakefield on Holley Street.

Lisa A. Dicicco, 36, of Charlestown, was charged on June 14 with one count of Indecent Exposure- Disorderly Conduct. She was released on personal recognizance and also was ordered not to have any contact with the victim.
