SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI—Another home was sold for a million dollars, according to the realtor, Lila Delman Real Estate International. The two-level Cape Cod style house is located at 26 East Hill Way in Wakefield. According to Janet Kermes, sales associate, the property, which is in Bittersweet Farm, features four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a stone fireplace and an attached two-car garage. The grounds encompass more than four acres.
