Williams Bowls 900 Series at Old Mountain Lanes
Jimmy Williams bowled three perfect games in a row Tuesday night, making him only the 21st person to accomplish the feat.
If you were one of the lucky people at Old Mountain Lanes on Tuesday night, you witnessed some incredible bowling. And if you weren’t there, thanks to YouTube, you can pretend you were.
According to employees from Old Mountain Lanes, bowler Jimmy Williams had a 900 series – three perfect games of 300 in a row.
The feat is a rare occurrence in bowling, as Wikipedia only has 21 of them logged, dating back to 1997. Williams’ 900 series is believed to be the first one ever in Rhode Island. If its certified, Williams’ feat would be the first 900 series validated during league play in New England.
