BRISTOL, RI–Lila Delman Real Estate International said Wind Hill, one of Bristol’s most notable estates, has been sold along with an adjacent 3 acre parcel. The price was $6,750,000. According to statistics from the statewide Multiple Listing Service, the price is a record high for a single family home in Bristol.

Offered for the first time in almost 100 years, “Wind Hill” is a 17-acre waterfront estate with a 10-bedroom historic 1890 manor house, a carriage house, a gatehouse, stables, tennis court, and numerous garage spaces, the realtor said.
