Wind Hill Sells For $6,750,000
The estate and an adjacent property were sold recently, according to Lila Delman Real Estate International.

BRISTOL, RI–Lila Delman Real Estate International said Wind Hill, one of Bristol’s most notable estates, has been sold along with an adjacent 3 acre parcel. The price was $6,750,000. According to statistics from the statewide Multiple Listing Service, the price is a record high for a single family home in Bristol.
Offered for the first time in almost 100 years, “Wind Hill” is a 17-acre waterfront estate with a 10-bedroom historic 1890 manor house, a carriage house, a gatehouse, stables, tennis court, and numerous garage spaces, the realtor said. Alyce Wright, Sales Associate, Lila Delman Real Estate International, was the broker who made the sale.
