Youth Singer Needed For South Kingstown's July 4 Celebration

SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — South Kingstown is looking for a talented teen to sing the national anthem at this year's Fourth of July festivities. Auditions will be held on June 18 from 2:45 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. at the Neighborhood Guild on Columbia Street.

The audition will be open to 13-to-17-year-olds. To sign up, call Vinny Ballirano, the recreation supervisor, at 401-789-9301 ext. 3105.

The Fourth of July celebration will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Old Mountain Field on July 4. There will be live music, food and a fireworks display.
