2 Residents Escape, Dog Dies In North Kingstown House Fire
The fire started around 7:30 p.m. Saturday evening at a home on Prospect Avenue, said fire officials.
NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — Two residents escaped a fire at a home on Prospect Avenue in North Kingstown Saturday evening, reported NBC 10 WJAR.
The fire broke out at approximately 7:30 p.m., said fire officials. Two dogs were inside the home at the time and one died.
The home was completely destroyed as a result of the blaze and the displaced residents are being assisted by the American Red Cross.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
