Lafayette Band schedules Saunderstown concert for July 7
Free performance on Wednesday at 7 p.m., followed by Ice Cream Social at Saint John the Divine Episcopal Church
The Lafayette Band makes its traditional visit to Saunderstown this Wednesday, July 7, to perform a free concert at Saint John the Divine Episcopal Church, 115 Willett Rd. The concert will be followed by an ice cream social to which all are invited.
Band Director Bethany Clarke Bromley will lead a program of patriotic music, classics and popular themes from TV, cinema and theater. Audience members should bring lawn chairs and blankets for seating. There is no cost to attend or tickets to buy, and no rain date.
