Investigators ID Occupants In Prudence Island Boat Accident

Investigators released the names of the people on the boat that ran aground off Prudence Island Saturday night, but are still investigating what caused the crash, which sent six of the seven occupants to area hospitals for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Friday, Aug. 23, 7:45 a.m. – Police arrested Arthur Johnson, age and address unavailable, on three District Court bench warrants after he was stopped by police on the property of Mister Tree, 655 Tower Hill Road. He was processed at the station then taken to Third District Court.

7 Rescued After Boat Runs Aground Off Prudence Island

A 28-foot boat ran aground off Prudence Island Saturday night, injuring six of the seven people aboard, according to the NK Fire Department.
