North Kingstown Election Day Food Drive Most Needed Items

7 items are currently in need

Voters in North Kingstown are being invited to bring a non-perishable food donation to their voting place on Tuesday. Once the polls close, the donations will be collected from each location and delivered to the North Kingstown Food pantry.

The Pantry has listed 7 items that are currently the most in need for the month of November.

They are:

1) Pancake mix
2) Corn
3) Hearty soups
4) Pasta
5) Hamburger Helper
6) Rice-a-Roni
7) Personal hygiene products (such as: razors, shaving cream, shampoos, and toothbrushes)

For those interested in donating at a different time than Tuesday, food donations can be dropped off at the pantry, located at 445 School St. in North Kingstown, on Monday - Friday from 10AM to 2PM. Donations can also be made at the North Kingstown Chamber of Commerce, Stop & Shop, Dave's Marketplace, or at any other local business or church that is the local host of a drop off box.
