NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — While the state has urged mail-in voting for the rescheduled June 2 presidential primary, those who did not request a mail-in ballot ahead of the deadline can vote through an emergency ballot until June 1.

Those who cannot vote by mail or in-person on June 2 are asked to contact the Board of Canvassers for an appointment at 268-1553 or 268-1552. Appointments are available Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

One person at a time will be admitted into the Board of Canvassers and social distancing must be observed at all times. Voters will also be required to wear a face covering and bringing your own pen is recommended.

Contact the Board of Canvassers or e-mail BOC@northkingstown.org with any questions.
