North Kingstown Holiday Cookie Decorating
Sugar Rush Cookie Co. owner Jessica Mailloux is offering a cookie decorating class through North Kingstown Recreation.
NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — Looking to make that perfect Christmas cookie for your party or the little ones in your family? Sugar Rush Cookie Co. owner Jessica Mailloux will provide some tips for you to wow the crowd this holiday with her holiday family cookie decorating class on Dec. 19 at the Community Center on Beach Street.
The class will run fro 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. All ages are welcome with a registration fee of $25. Pre-registration is required.
Mailloux, a North Kingstown resident and mother of four, will show those who attend how to decorate cookies with royal icing without making a mess. She will demonstrate how to keep proper hygiene in the kitchen. Icing and six cookies will be provided, along with a basic recipe to try at home. Cookies and icing are both nut-free.
