North Kingstown Man Reunited With $100 Bill Lost At Kohl's

North Kingstown fisherman said he is grateful the Kohl's employee turned in the money he thought was lost forever in the store on Sunday.

NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI – The Christmas spirit was alive and well this weekend when a Kohl’s employee found a $100 in the store and it was returned to a local fisherman from North Kingstown who had lost it while shopping. Adam Littlefield told WLNE-TV that when he got the register to pay for the presents he had picked out he realized he had dropped the bill.

He said he spent time looking for the lost money, then went home resigned that he had lost it forever. He said his wife contacted the store, which said one of the employees had found it and turned it in case someone came looking for it.

Littlefield told the station that he returned a portion of the money back to the employee for his honesty.
