Obituary: Annabelle J. (Antioco) Bergenstock, 78
She loved painting, drawing, reading, old movies, and the beach.

Annabelle J. (Antioco) Bergenstock, 78, of Warwick, formerly of North Kingstown and Wakefield, died peacefully on Saturday, October 26. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Vito Antioco and Phyllis (Lutz) Antioco.Â
Mrs. Bergenstock worked as an office administrator at the Rockefeller Center in New York, a factory worker at Stanley Bostitch, and as a clerk for Stop & Shop of North Kingstown for many years until her retirement. She loved painting, drawing, reading, old movies, and the beach. She was a devoted mother to her children and grandchildren.Â
She leaves her four loving children: Glenn P. Bergenstock and his wife Karen of North Kingstown, Carol A. Medeiros and her husband James of Warwick, Susan J. Balestracci and her husband Mike of St. Augustine, Fla., and Linda A. Harrenstein and her husband Tim of Burlington, N.C. She was the mother of the late George D. Bergenstock. Cherished grandmother of 11 grandchildren and the sister of Peter Antioco of West Palm Beach, Fla.Â

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, October 31, at 10 a.m. in St. Francis de Sales Church, 381 School St., North Kingstown. Interment will follow in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.  In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory to the North Kingstown Animal Shelter, 395 Hamilton Allenton Road, North Kingstown, R.I. 02852 will be appreciated.
