Obituary: Deborah Lee (Overton), 56

Sprengel, Deborah Lee (Overton), 56, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2016. She was the beloved wife of Jack F. Sprengel for 38 years. Born Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of Lorraine (Shupp) Overton and the late William E. Overton. Deborah was the loving mother of Jack Sprengel Jr. and his wife Kristina, and Kurt Sprengel and his wife Jamie. She was the grandmother of Angelina and Hunter, whom she loved dearly, and the sister of William, Kenneth, and Brian Overton. Deborah worked in workforce placement for over ten years. She was a member of the North Kingstown Chamber of Commerce, and the Board of Directors, Seabee Museum & Memorial Park. Deborah was also the leader of the Family Readiness Group, 169th Military Police Co., when her son Kurt was deployed in Afghanistan.

Her funeral service will be held Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 9 AM in the FAGAN-QUINN Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Rd., North Kingstown, RI. Burial in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
