Obituary: Rosemary V. McGill, 69, Watched Jeopardy Every Night

​Rosemary V. McGill, 69, of Sunnybrook Drive, North Kingstown, died Friday, July 1, 2016 at her home.

Rosemary V. McGill, 69, of Sunnybrook Drive, North Kingstown, died Friday, July 1, 2016 at her home with her family and beloved dogs, Annie, Penny and Priscilla by her side. She was the dear wife of William McGill for 33 years.

She was a daughter of the late Victor and Marion (Brown) McKenna, mother of Tracey (Pianka) Bates and her husband, George, Deborah Pianka and Edward Pianka. She was the grandmother of: Robyn, Aydan and Victoria and great grandmother of two. She was the stepmother of Kathleen Madsen, William McGill and Susan Nasciemento.

She also is survived by her siblings: Deborah Werchadlo and her husband, Charles and Victor McKenna, as well as her nieces and nephews, Josh, Jamie, Sarah and Katie.

She loved her family, her dogs, gardening, crossword puzzles, Red & rover, cooking for her family and watching Jeopardy every night with her husband, and most of all coffee ice cream.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday evening at a time to be announced in the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Burial will be private. Visitation will be Tuesday 5-7pm. Please omit flowers. Donations in her memory may be made to American Lung Association, 260 West Exchange Street, Suite 102B, Providence, RI 02903
