Pair of Million Dollar Houses Sell in North Kingstown

The North Kingstown real estate market had a busy week last week with ten home sales reported by the statewide Multiple Listing Service, including two homes that fetched more than $1 million.

Each house is situated on the water and feature sprawling lots, about 5,000 square feet of living space and waterfront access.

34 Anthony Drive, a 1984-built contemporary Victorian, sold for $1.3 million. 107 Sauga Ave., a 1998-built “magnificent architectural gem” with 275 feet of ocean frontage and a dock, sold for $1.5 million. And that’s after a price cut from the original asking price of $1.9 million.
