Kelsey came to the Refuge with her "sister," Chloe (also awaiting her forever person) when her mom could no longer keep them. This little love bug adores the company of people and is constantly seeking affection. She'll even put her two front paws on your shoulders because sometimes she just knows when we need a hug. Kelsey doesn't seem to mind the company of other kitties but seems to enjoy being around her people the most.
