Pet Of The Week: Cindy

Black cats are the best, and Cindy is a youthful 4. She's Pet Refuge's Pet of the Week.

By Rachel Wells, Pet Refuge

Are there any black cat lovers out there? This sweet girl has been at the shelter a few years now and she’d really like a fresh start this spring. Meet Cindy- a four year old polydactyl kitty (meaning born with more than the usual amount of toes). This green eyed beauty loves hanging out with her humans, napping on her favorite perch and giving little licks on command. Though Cindy has lived in the company of other cats since being at the shelter, she does not like to share her personal space with them and would do best in a home as an only kitty or with a laid back cat who doesn’t mind doing their own thing. She is happiest when giving and receiving face kisses or playing with her feather rods and catnip toys. Won’t you come meet this love bug so she can show you there’s nothing to be superstitious about? For more info on Cindy or any of our other adoptables please contact The Pet Refuge at (401) 294-1115 or visit the shelter located at 500 Stony Lane, North Kingstown.
