North Providence Apartment Complex Sells For $2.8 Million

NORTH PROVIDENCE, RI — A 24-unit apartment building complex in North Providence has sold for $2.8 million.

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Talbot & County Apartments and said the property sold for $2,805,000, the Boston Real Estate Times reports.

The apartment complex, built in 1974, is located at 1 Talbot Street and consists of two twelve-unit brick garden-style apartment buildings containing five one-bedroom and nineteen two-bedroom units.
