How Much Snow Will Fall in Portsmouth?

The National Weather Service is predicting a half to a foot.

PORTSMOUTH, RI — A winter storm warning is in effect, and accumulations between 6 and 12 inches are possible on Saturday.

Most of the snow is expected to start after 9 a.m. and could be heavy at times, with blowing snow after 2 p.m.

The high temperature is supposed to be near 27.

The north wind will increase to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon.

Saturday night, an additional 1 to 3 inches is possible.
