Man Charged With Dealing Heroin, Crack Cocaine: Portsmouth Police
Orlando Rodriguez was arrested Monday on charges of possession and dealing heroin and crack cocaine in Portsmouth.

PORTSMOUTH, RI – A Smithfield man is behind bars for dealing hard drugs around the community, according to the Portsmouth Police Department.
Orlando Rodriguez was arrested Monday on charges of possession and dealing heroin and crack cocaine.
Police say they received information that Rodriguez was delivering quantities of heroin and crack cocaine to the Portsmouth area.

At the time of his arrest, police say Rodriguez was in possession of 11.5 grams of suspected heroin and one gram of suspected crack cocaine.
He was arraigned in the 2nd Division District Court on Tuesday.
