From Portsmouth Middle School: We believe that Portsmouth Middle School is a place where character counts and that school citizenship is an integral part of a student’s total educational experience. School citizenship is measured by eight key values: integrity, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, love of country, civic duty, and work ethic.
