July 7

Kirklin Paul Roderick, 22, of Middletown, was stopped at 12:48 a.m. on Route 24 North at the Sakonnet Bridge and charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense; and cited for Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

July 8

Peter Ronald Chaves, 70, of Tiverton, was stopped at 4:34 p.m. on East Main Road near Lepes Road. He was taken into custody on an arrest warrant.

John Gregory Danenberg, 66, of Portsmouth, was stopped at 5:59 p.m. on East Main Road at Ethel Drive. He was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense; and cited for Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

July 10

Kelsey Marie Silveira, 24, of Middletown, was arrested at 8:54 a.m. on Bramans Lane and charged with Violating a no-contact order, third offense.

Devan Austin Pita-Taylor, 23, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:39 p.m. on East Main Road and charged with being a Fugitive from Justice and Failing to Register as a Sex Offender.

July 11

Mary Rocio Hobbins, 21, of Portsmouth, was stopped at 2:14 .m. on Turnpike Avenue at the Turnpike Avenue Playground. She was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense; and cited for Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Alan J. Botelho, 30, of Fall River, Mass., was stopped at 8:39 p.m. on West Main Rad at Hedly Street. He was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense.

July 14

Brandon A. Fultz, 19, of Warren, was charged at 7:48 a.m. with Driving without the owner's consent. He surrendered at the Bristol police station. The charge was in connection with a car theft on Emmanuel Drive. He was also charged at 8 a.m. with a second offense, Driving without the owner's consent. That charged was connected to a car theft on Islington Avenue.

Mason D. Jones, 19, of Warren, was arrested at 9:16 a.m. at the Bristol Police station on Metacom Avenue. He was charged with Driving without the owner's consent.

Domingos Gomas Dossantos, 52, of Dorchester, Mass., was stopped near East Main Road and Union Street at 4:09 p.m. He was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense; and cited for Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

July 15

Nicholas John Landi, 45, of Portsmouth, was stopped at 3:54 p.m. on Park Avenue at Ivy Street where police went for an accident investigation. He was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense.
