PORTSMOUTH, RI — Here are recent arrests and citations. Information comes from the police.

June 25

Kelsey Marie Silveira, 24, of Middletown, was arrested on a warrant at 10:38 a.m. at Newport District Court. The charge was violating a no-contact order.

Angel Merced, 42, of Portsmouth, was arrested on East Main Road at 12:09 p.m. and charged with Breaking and Entering (dwelling house without owner's consent).

June 26

Cassandra Leigh McCoart, 32, of Rumford, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. at Sandy Point Beach and charged with Disorderly Conduct (offensive words at another) and Obstructing an officer.

June 30

Theresa Ann Toppa, 34, of Portsmouth, was charged on a warrant with Domestic Vandalism (malicious injury to property) at 11:04 p.m. at the Warwick police station.

July 2

Brandon Michael Silva, 24, of Providence, was stopped at 9:18 p.m. on Sandy Point Avenue and Sigourney Road. He was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; and Reckless driving; and was cited for refusal to submit to a chemical test.

July 4

Dallas Antonio Wynegar, 23, of Portsmouth, was taken into custody at 11:08 a.m. at Carnegie Abbey Yacht Club and Willow Lane on a bench warrant.

Monique N. Delacruz, 32, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 10:32 p.m. on Island Avenue and charged with Domestic Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.

David Tejeda, 34, of Portsmouth, was also arrested at 10:32 p.m. on Island Avenue and charged with Domestic Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.
