Nov. 3

Jocelyn Rene Baptist, 22, of Middletown, was stopped at 3:02 a.m. on Prospect Farm Road and charged with driving under the influence, first offense; and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Samantha Ann Doyle, 26, of Portsmouth was stopped at 5:06 p.m. at Hummock and Riverside avenues. She was charged with driving under the influence, first offense; and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Nov. 5

Lawrence Joseph Sequira, 48, of Bristol, was stopped at 1:11 a.m. on West Main Road at West Passage Drive and charged with driving under the influence, first offense.
