PORTSMOUTH, RI — Here are recent arrests. Information comes from police.

Oct. 23

Brett Joseph Thompson, 38, of Fall River, Mass., was arrested at 2:46 p.m. on West Main Road near the Melville School after an accident. He was charged with duty to stop, accident resulting (damage to vehicle).

Oct. 24

Glen Cranwell Brown, 50, of Tiverton, was arrested at 8:34 a.m. at the Bristol police station on an outstanding warrant.

Oct. 25

William Henry Bergeron, 68, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 7:31 a.m. at the Quaker Manor Building "E" on East Main Road. He was charged with disorderly conduct (noise violation).
