Oct. 27

Shane Joseph Medeiros, 20, of Portsmouth, was stopped at 6:05 p.m. on East Main Road at Bradley Terrace. He was charged with driving after his license was denied, suspended or revoked, second offense and an outstanding court warrant.

Oct. 28

Alitaylan Arslanturk, 40, of Brockton, Mass., was arrested at 9:23 p.m. at the Bayview Apartments High Rise on West Main Road and charged with disorderly conduct, weapons (other than firearms) prohibited, domestic simple assault or battery; and domestic willful trespass.

Oct. 31

Jennifer Michele Aldana, 33, of Portsmouth, was stopped at 1:38 p.m. on East Main Road at Stubtoe Lane. She was taken into custody on a court warrant,

John David Williams, 38, of Lakeville, Mass., was stopped at 3:12 p.m. at Bank Newport on East Main Road and charged with domestic simple assault or battery.
