Portsmouth Restaurant Vandalized During Break-In
Police say nearly all the food in the kitchen of 15 Point Road Restaurant was damaged or destroyed during the incident.
PORTSMOUTH, R.I. -- A Portsmouth restaurant was vandalized and damaged during a break-in on Monday.
Portsmouth police say the received reports of the incident around 11:30 Monday morning. Employees reported that several items were missing and the restaurant had been vandalized. Police did not say what the exact nature of the vandalism was, but said the missing items were electronics.
In addition, the thief damaged or destroyed nearly all of the food in the restaurant's kitchen and storage.

Police say they are reviewing surveillance footage to try to identify a suspect.
