PORTSMOUTH, RI — The average home price in Rhode Island jumped 17 percent over the past year, according to the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. As of January, the median single-family home price was more than $290,000.

While the average price is around $300,000, there are plenty of home on the market that are more than double that. Here's a look at five homes currently on the market that are more than $600,000.
