PORTSMOUTH, RI -- Some 115 households in Portsmouth are without power. National Grid estimates they'll be restored around 6 p.m. Minor outages are also reported in Woonsocket, Pawtucket, North Smithfield, Cranston, Warwick, and Bristol.
