PORTSMOUTH, RI—A Portsmouth waterfront house with dramatic views of the sunrise from every room has sold for $1.4 million, according to data from the statewide Multiple Listing Service.

181 Prospect Farm Road went on the market for $1.49 million. Gustave Sotheby’s International Real Estate served represented the seller of the 2001 colonial that features five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and 5,040 square feet of living space.
