'She Never Questions Someone In Need' | Portsmouth Hero
We all know someone who's making a difference. Let's help share these amazing stories! Presented by Ring.

PORTSMOUTH, RI — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented and changing times.
Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these heroes making a difference in their communities. Together with Ring, we’re working to let all your neighbors know about these outstanding people and their stories.
This submission comes from Lindsay M., who nominated Kacey Victoria Shearman, of Portsmouth. Shearman is a volunteer who helps out at many community events and is a talented photographer.

"Kacey volunteers annually at events like Touch-a-Truck as a face painter and Kelley Ann Dance Center recitals as a videographer," Lindsay wrote in her nomintion. "She wrote/published a book called 'Outcasts,' co-headed a memorial birdbath project in CFP and won the Newport life photo contest ... She won the Aquidneck Land Trust art contest, and was awarded a Scholastic Key in photography. Kacey is arguably one of the most kind people in Portsmouth. She is always willing to help anyone in the blink of an eye and never questions someone in need."
Thank you for all you do, Kacey!
