Portsmouth Police Search For Suspects In Seaconnet Blvd. Shooting

Portsmouth police are looking for the public's help in identifying potential suspects.

PORTSMOUTH, RI — Portsmouth police are asking the public for assistance in identifying suspects after six rounds were fired into a vacant house on Seaconnet Boulevard on Monday morning. No one was in the home at the time of the incident.

Portsmouth police said they were called to 119 Seaconnet Blvd. just before 10 a.m. for reports of a broken window. The house is currently under construction and was unoccupied at the time.

Officers determined that the window had been shot, and that six rounds were fired into the house early Monday morning.
