Sold for $875,000: Home on Carnegie Heights Drive

PORTSMOUTH, RI—Another house, in the Carnegie Heights neighborhood, has closed within the past 30 days, according to Lila Delman Real Estate International. The home at 46 Carnegie Heights Drive sold on Jan. 2 for $875,000.

It's right next door to a house which sold for $900,000, exactly one month before.

According to data from the Rhode Island Multiple Listing Service, four sales in the past 15 months have been recorded in the same neighborhood.

John Repoza, sales associate who represented the sellers and facilitated for the buyers commented, said "these recent sales indicate a strong interest in the luxury single home market on Aquidneck Island.”

Lila Delman Real Estate International was both the listing and selling company for all four transactions, the firm said.
