It’s a known fact that Portsmouth residents come together to support their neighbors and community during a time of need.

There’s no greater need than now!

COVID-19 has changed our understanding of whom the vulnerable are. Not only do many of us fear becoming ill with COVID-19, but the necessary actions to slow the spread of this virus have left us with a changed food supply, limited mobility and social interaction, and loss of income for many families.

It is imperative that Portsmouth reach a 100% response rate to ensure our community is safe and secure.

Although this survey is voluntary and your participation is optional, an EMA member may conduct a home check to households who do not respond to the survey as they may be deemed in need of assistance.
