GPBOR C.A.R.E. Releases 2020 Grant Application for RI Non-Profits

The Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® is a professional trade association comprised of 1,865 real estate agents and appraisers located throughout Rhode Island. Established in 1907, we are the largest REALTOR® Board in the state. In 2013, we established GPBOR C.A.R.E. (Community Awareness REALTOR® Events) as a non-profit foundation with the IRS. GPBOR C.A.R.E.’s mission is to:

“Organize one or more events per year, in order to collect and distribute charitable funds to RI organizations. We shall also engage in hands-on activities to assist organizations enhance the quality of life of their clients (i.e. food drives). Those organizations shall qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.”


REALTORS® care about the communities in which they live and work and want to make a difference. We seek to engage with non-profit partners to contribute both financial and human resources to enrich communities.
