Providence Fire Crews Respond To False Alarm At Brown University

A potentially hazardous vapor cloud turned out to be steam coming from a piece of equipment.

PROVIDENCE, RI — Providence firefighters responded to a potentially hazardous vapor cloud at a Brown University lab Sunday, reported NBC 10 WJAR.

The incident took place on the second floor of the Brown University Bio Med Lab.

The vapor cloud was later determined to be harmless steam coming from a piece of equipment.
