Ugly Christmas Sweaters Sparkle at Bannister Center

During the week leading up to Christmas, Bannister Center on Dodge Street in Providence held their Ugly Sweater contest among all staff. Certified medication technician and certified nurse assistant (CNA) Ms. Shirley Lomba took first place and Director of Nursing Betty Francisco came in a cool 2nd place.

“This was such a fun time and everyone was so dressed up,” said Dolores Medina, Recreation Director at Bannister Center. “I’m so happy ugly sweaters are in style.”

Bannister Center is already thinking of the next Ugly Sweater contest for Christmas 2019.
