RICHMOND — A private preserve with 3,000 feet of shoreline along the Wood River and 158 acres of pines, trails and fields has just changed hands for $1.3 million.

The sale of the property at 54 Bucknam Road in Richmond was announced by Chris and Amy Randall, who work in tandem as The Chris Randall Group.

The compound hosts five buildings, including an 1887 home with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. The 2,900 square-foot residence features an in-ground pool, sauna, and a stone patio with a waterfall. The property includes a personal banquet hall with a stone fireplace, a barbecue pit, wine cellar, and a commercial-grade kitchen with capacity to serve 600 guests.

For aviators and sportsmen, the property features a 2,200 ft. grass runway and 60-foot tower shoot. An oversized contractor garage and barn provide ample work space for projects.

Land records show that the new owners of the enclave at 54 Bucknam Road in Wood River Junction are Dylan K. Gregory and Skylar M. Macedo of Wakefield. It was sold on April 14 by Kevin J. Gilligan, who has owned the property since 2006.
