T.F. Green Fire Chief Speaks At Nebraska State Fairgrounds
Chief Billy Greenwood addressed participants at the three-day Nebraska State Volunteer Firefighters Association Fire School.

More than 1,000 volunteer firefighters descended upon the Nebraska State Fairgrounds in Fonner Park last week for three days of training and education — and the fire chief from T.F. Green Airport in Rhode Island delivered the keynote address.
Chief William Greenwood "has a wealth of experience teaching firefighting skills and tactics," reports The Grand Island Independent.
Billy Greenwood became fire chief at the international airport in Warwick in 2019. Previously, he served as assistant fire chief at the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in New Hampshire. He launched his career decades ago in Keene, New Hampshire where he worked his way up to the rank of lieutenant.

Greenwood is known for his skill in training other first responders, the Keene Sentinel reported.
