Beachgoers Can Get COVID-19 Shot At Misquamicut On June 12
The Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be available at Misquamicut State Beach from 11 a.m. to noon. Parking fees still apply.

WESTERLY, RI — The Department of Environmental Management has partnered with the Rhode Island Department of Health to host a free COVID-19 vaccination clinic at Misquamicut State Beach.
The vaccination clinic is set for Saturday, June 12, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Beach employees and all visitors — resident and non-resident — are eligible. The clinic will take place in the parking lot. Note that beach parking charges will still be in effect for those who choose to get vaccinated.

This clinic will offer the one-and-done Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 shot. It will be available for people 18 years of age and older.
