Please join us for some Yoga in Wilcox Park with Julia Reid! Class will be located in the large grass area by the Memorial fountain on Mondays at 5:00 pm. 

This will be an all levels yoga class with a mix of power and restorative poses. Please bring a yoga mat or towel, water, and comfy clothes you can move in. 

Julia is a 200Hr certified yoga teacher, and this is her second summer teaching in Wilcox Park. She has been teaching for 2 years at local studios in CT.
