43rd Annual Autumnfest Parade To Return to Woonsocket

The event is scheduled to take place Monday, October 11 on Diamond Hill Road and Social Street.

WOONSOCKET, RI — The 43rd annual Autumnfest Parade will return to Woonsocket this fall after taking a hiatus in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The event is scheduled to take place Monday, October 11 on Diamond Hill Road and Social Street and is currently accepting applications from schools, groups, and organizations that wish to participate in this year's parade.

"We all missed our Autumnfest celebration and especially our 10 division parade last year due to the pandemic," said Autumnfest Parade Coordinator Thomas Gray in a statement. "We plan on bringing back this favorite tradition of so many people in our community so that we can all gather again to showcase the wonderful people and organizations in our region. Make plans now to participate with your band, float, vehicle, or walkers and get your application in as soon as possible."
